Cubic Ball Screw Jack 300 kN-100x20-Ball Screw. Ball Screw Actuator Advantages: Move loads and apply force more efficiently than other mechanical actuators. Permit faster operation and longer life under load. Require less power by providing positive mechanical action. Permit synchronization of multiple units. Handles full load in tension or compression. High Speed -Low friction permits linear motion in some models up to 3000 mm per minute at 1500 rpm worm shaft speeds, providing maximum horsepower ratings are not exceeded. Positive Action -Operates with a high degree of reliability, without the need for costly pumps, hoses or valves. Precise Positioning -High efficiency means accurate control, even in multiple actuator arrangements. Long Life -Low friction means longer operating life. Low Power Usage -Highly efficient design means less power is needed to achieve a given thrust; power needs are as much as two-thirds that of machine screw actuators, with savings in motors, couplings, reducers, shafting and controls.

* Upright or Inverted mounting. Available in tension or compression loads.
* Ball screw end fittings: top plate, clevis end, threaded end, plain end, fork head and rod end.
* Standard with single lead ball screw, custom double or high lead ball screw which offers increased travel speed. Both of them require a brake or external locking device to hold position.
* Power source: manual hand wheel is not recommended, electrically by brake motor drive.
* Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system(multiple jack systems), linked by connecting shafts, bevel gearboxes, couplings, electric motors, gear reducers, limit switches and pillow blocks etc.
* Can be used as alternatives to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

* Housing: High-strength Casting Housing, Ductile Iron.

* Ball Nut: SCM415H, Hardness: HRC 58-62
* Ball: SUJ2, Hardness: HRC 60 UP.
* Input Shaft (Worm): C45 Steel in high frequency heat treatment process. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
* Worm Wheel: ZQAl9-4 (Casting aluminum bronze) as Standard. Custom ZCuSn10Pb1(Casting tin bronze).
* Bearing: Anti-friction Ball Thrust Bearings for Worm Gear. Anti-friction Ball Bearings for Input Shaft(worm). Custom Stainless Steel 304.
* Motor Flange Adapter: High-strength Casting Motor Adapter, Ductile Iron. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
