Cubic Ball Screw Jack 150 kN-63x10-Ball Screw (JTD150) | 150 kN-63x20-High Lead Ball Screw (JTD151). Ball screw actuators, both upright and inverted screw types, are furnished with threaded ends on screws. However, they are also available with top plates or clevis end attachments. Bellows boots are recommended to protect screw and nut from dirt and corrosion.

* Two gear ratios: high ratio 9:1, slow ratio 36:1, for high and slow linear speeds (up to 3.3 m/min)
* Custom stroke length of ball screw, maximum stroke 4000 mm in compression load, 5000 mm in tension load.
* Basic designs: Translating screw, Anti-rotation screw, and Rotating screw.
* Upright or Inverted mounting. Available in tension or compression loads.
* Ball screw end fittings: top plate, clevis end, threaded end, plain end, fork head and rod end.
* Standard with single lead ball screw, custom double or high lead ball screw which offers increased travel speed. Both of them require a brake or external locking device to hold position.
* Power source: manual hand wheel is not recommended, electrically by brake motor drive.
* Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system(multiple jack systems), linked by connecting shafts, bevel gearboxes, couplings, electric motors, gear reducers, limit switches and pillow blocks etc.
* Can be used as alternatives to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

* Bearing: Anti-friction Ball Thrust Bearings for Worm Gear. Anti-friction Ball Bearings for Input Shaft(worm). Custom Stainless Steel 304.
