Product Description
Cubic Ball Screw Jack 10 kN-20x5-Ball Screw. Anodized aluminum housing in the compact design. Rotary ball screw with travelling nut, Axial ball screw. High lead type ball screw jack using a ball screw shaft, optimized for high-speed operation. Uses high lead ball screws. Compared to standard type ball screw jacks, faster ascending / descending made possible in the same number of input rotations.
Main Features
* Maximum static load capacities 10 kN (1000kg).
* High precision ball screw sizes 20x5.
* Two gear ratios: high ratio 5:1, slow ratio 20:1, for high and slow linear speeds.
* Custom stroke length of ball screw, maximum stroke 1000 mm in compression load, 2000 mm in tension load.
* Basic designs: Translating screw, Anti-rotation screw, and Rotating screw.
* Upright or Inverted mounting. Available in tension or compression loads.
* Ball screw end fittings: top plate, clevis end, threaded end, plain end, fork head and rod end.
* Standard with single lead ball screw, custom double or high lead ball screw which offers increased travel speed. Both of them require a brake or external locking device to hold position.
* Power source: manual hand wheel is not recommended, electrically by brake motor drive.
* Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system(multiple jack systems), linked by connecting shafts, bevel gearboxes, couplings, electric motors, gear reducers, limit switches and pillow blocks etc.
* Can be used as alternatives to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
