| The spiral bevel gearboxes are available in the following gear ratios 1:1, 1,5:1, 2:1, 2.5:1, 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 and can also be supplied as reversing gears. All spiral bevel gearboxes are life-time lubricated and can be supplied in a hygienic version with a lubricant approved for the food industry, with stainless steel shafts and with a rustproof chromated gear housing. If there is a need for special shafts or flanges, we have great experience in adapting gearboxes - even in smaller numbers - or in designing special gearboxes for example with gear housings in stainless steel or as precision gearboxes with reduced backlash. | |||||||||

Product Description
Spiral bevel gearbox with two hollow output shaft. Input with motor adapter. Bevel gearboxes with flange for motor mounting. Available in the hollow output shaft configurations with the optional motor mounting flange, for easy direct coupling of a standard electric motor. Suitable for the mounting of IEC standard motors. These spiral bevel gear boxes with various flange connections can be coupled to virtually all standard three-phase motors and many servo motors. These designs feature a hollow pinion with keyway for accepting the drive journal. A servo gear should be selected for highly dynamic servo applications. example: gearbox assembled with flange mounted motor.

* Housing: HT250 Cast Iron, High-strength Casting housing, or Aluminum alloy. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
* Spiral Bevel Gears: High purity rugged alloy steel 20CrMnTi, Carburizing and Quenching, Case Hardened and Lapped in Pairs.
* Input Shaft and Output Shaft: Hardened and tempered alloy steel 40Cr as standard. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
* Bearing: Equipped with Tapered Roller Bearings with heavy load capacity. Custom reinforced bearings for higher radial and axial load. Custom Stainless Steel 304.
* Oil Seals: Double-lip Oil Seal, High Dust-proof and Oil leak proof.
* Lubricants: Applications with high speeds and/or high daily duty cycle, Gear oil #320 lubrication is recommended. But applications with low input speed and low daily duty cycle, #0 or #00 lithium grease is recommended. All aluminum alloy gearboxes models (JTP65 - JTP140) with #00 lithium grease for lubrication. Note: For input speeds 1500 rpm a change in oil level may be required in combination with a breather (vent).
