Compact Mini Right Angle Bevel Gearbox offers numerous advantages to the designer and have been specially selected to complement range of miniature worm gear screw jacks and accessories. The gear boxes are fully machined with tapped holes for universal mounting, thus offering six possible mounting positions.
These miniature right angle gearboxes: Using miniature gears, we have designed and built unique, high precision mini gearboxes that cannot be found anywhere else. Our miniature gearboxes are available in numerous configurations. We can also provide custom micro gearboxes that are designed and built to meet your unique specifications.
* JTP65: Solid shaft input, Solid shaft output.
* JTPH65: Solid shaft input, Hollow shaft output with keyway.

We use the best materials to guarantee the performance and lifetime of the Compact Right Angle Bevel Gearbox you purchased.
* Housing: Aluminum alloy. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
* Spiral Bevel Gears: High purity rugged alloy steel 20CrMnTi, Carburizing and Quenching, Case Hardened and Lapped in Pairs.
* Input Shaft and Output Shaft: Hardened and tempered alloy steel 40Cr as standard. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
* Bearing: Equipped with Tapered Roller Bearings with heavy load capacity. Custom reinforced bearings for higher radial and axial load. Custom Stainless Steel 304.
* Oil Seals: Double-lip Oil Seal, High Dust-proof and Oil leak proof.
* Lubricants: Applications with high speeds and/or high daily duty cycle, Gear oil #320 lubrication is recommended. But applications with low input speed and low daily duty cycle, #0 or #00 lithium grease is recommended. All aluminum alloy gearboxes models (JTP65 - JTP140) with #00 lithium grease for lubrication. Note: For input speeds 1500 rpm a change in oil level may be required in combination with a breather (vent).
