| Two-Way Right-Angle Gearboxes feature two shafts positioned to create a 90-degree turn of power transmission. Right angle drives are ideal for applications with limited space and where the driven equipment needs to be close to each other. This design allows for changes in axis rotation along with smooth transfer of power with minimal backlash. Gearboxes serve different functions based on the ratio and are typically used in conveyors, rotary axis drives, and drivetrains. We offer a full line of compact bevel right angle gearboxes. Our standard bevel gearboxes feature one input and one output shaft; our bevel T gearboxes feature one shaft that extends from both sides of the body, forming a T shape. We offer a variety of options, including metric and inch shafts, hollow bore units, and gearboxes with one hollow bore and one solid shaft. Hollow bore right angle gearboxes can be fitted with shafts that are larger or smaller in diameter as they exit the gearbox. The compact design of Two-Way Right-Angle Gearboxes makes them ideal for applications such as: Food Processing Equipment, Ovens & Dryers, Tumbling Barrels, Power Transmission Equipment, Register Controls, Stokers, Case Openers, Paper Rewinders, Test Equipment.

* Housing: HT250 Cast Iron, High-strength Casting housing. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
* Spiral Bevel Gears: High purity rugged alloy steel 20CrMnTi, Carburizing and Quenching, Case Hardened and Lapped in Pairs.
* Input Shaft and Output Shaft: Hardened and tempered alloy steel 40Cr as standard. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
* Bearing: Equipped with Tapered Roller Bearings with heavy load capacity. Custom reinforced bearings for higher radial and axial load. Custom Stainless Steel 304.
* Oil Seals: Double-lip Oil Seal, High Dust-proof and Oil leak proof.
* Lubricants: Applications with high speeds and/or high daily duty cycle, Gear oil #320 lubrication is recommended. But applications with low input speed and low daily duty cycle, #0 or #00 lithium grease is recommended. All aluminum alloy gearboxes models (JTP65 - JTP140) with #00 lithium grease for lubrication. Note: For input speeds 1500 rpm a change in oil level may be required in combination with a breather (vent).
