| The original right angle gearbox drive, is widely recognized and is in use worldwide. We provide manual or power transmission of rotary motion in a compact, standardized right angle unit. Our standard line of bevel gearboxes are available from stock in metric Series, single or dual output shafts, 1:1 or 2:1 ratios, and grease lubricated for life and have an operating temperature range of -10 degrees C to +80 degrees C. Utilizing carburized case-hardened spiral bevel gears, all units employ completely enclosed & sealed ball bearings. The cast aluminum housings on our 90 degree gearboxes are precision machined, on our CNC machining center and then coated with a chemical film to protect the material, and use flanged ends and side bosses for compact installation in a wide range of applications. In addition to our standard models, we will modify our units to meet your design specifications. Product Description
Spiral Bevel Gearbox is case-hardened and it is of high rigidity and wear resistance. We offer an extensive range of right angle bevel gearboxes to meet the quality, performance, and price requirements of each application.
The high performance standard bevel gearboxes' input and output with solid shafts for JTP series. The original right angle drive, is readily available in ratios 1:1 and 2:1, their input shaft diameter is same as output shafts. But a modular design based on a cubic housing with spiral bevel gears and ratios 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1. Under the same model, the output shafts diameter is same as 1:1 and 2:1 ratio gearboxes, but the input shaft sizes will be smaller than 1:1 and 2:1 ratio gearboxes.

We use the best materials to guarantee the performance and lifetime of the Compact Right Angle Bevel Gearbox you purchased.
* Housing: HT250 Cast Iron, High-strength Casting housing, or Aluminum alloy. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
* Spiral Bevel Gears: High purity rugged alloy steel 20CrMnTi, Carburizing and Quenching, Case Hardened and Lapped in Pairs.
* Input Shaft and Output Shaft: Hardened and tempered alloy steel 40Cr as standard. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
* Bearing: Equipped with Tapered Roller Bearings with heavy load capacity. Custom reinforced bearings for higher radial and axial load. Custom Stainless Steel 304.
* Oil Seals: Double-lip Oil Seal, High Dust-proof and Oil leak proof.
* Lubricants: Applications with high speeds and/or high daily duty cycle, Gear oil #320 lubrication is recommended. But applications with low input speed and low daily duty cycle, #0 or #00 lithium grease is recommended. All aluminum alloy gearboxes models (JTP65 - JTP140) with #00 lithium grease for lubrication. Note: For input speeds 1500 rpm a change in oil level may be required in combination with a breather (vent).
