Product Description
Bevel Gear Ball Screw Jack 20000kg-80x10 or 80x20-Ball Screw-High strength Casting Housing (Ductile Iron). With ball screw spindles, high speed screw jacks achieve even better performance. All high speed screw jacks are functional in any position and can be mounted on all sides thanks to the cubic design. Depending on the application, the gear units are supplied with up to four drive shafts, so that additional bevel gear drives may be omitted. All high speed screw jacks are filled with grease at the factory.
Bevel gear ball jacks supplement our offer of worm gear screw jacks. This design allows higher travel speeds and higher duty cycles than other mechanical worm gear screw jacks. Bevel ball jacks achieve fast travel speeds and are rated for near continuous operation, they are fastest jacks.

* Equipped with hardened spiral toothed bevel gear transmissions for high lifting speeds, greater duty cycles, high efficiency and long lifespan.
* Available in single shaft, two shaft and three shaft configurations. In two and three shaft configurations, the jack offers right angle characteristics with the ability to divide input power or torque, sending it equally in different directions.
* Maximum static load capacity 20000 kg. Maximum dynamic load capacity 5000 kg.
* High precision ball screw sizes 80x10, 80x20, precise positioning, and uniform speed.
* Reduction gear ratio: 3:1. Travel 3.33 mm per turn of input shaft.
* There are no "standard" travel lengths and each bevel gear jack is built to specification, maximum stroke 5000 mm in compression load, 7500 mm in tension load.
* Basic designs: Translating screw, Anti-rotation screw, and Rotating screw.
* Upright or Inverted mounting. Available in tension or compression loads.
* Standard with single lead ball screw, custom double or high lead ball screw which offers increased travel speed and require a brake or external locking device to hold position.
