Bevel Gear Ball Screw Jack 10000kg-50x10 or 50x20-Ball Screw-High strength Casting Housing (Ductile Iron). Bevel Gear Ball Screw Jack systems are ruggedly designed and produced in standard models with load handling capacities 3 tons. They may be used individually or in multiple arrangements. There are no "standard" travel lengths and each bevel gear screw jack is built to specification. All high speed bevel gear screw jacks are equipped with hardened, sharpened and spiral toothed bevel gear transmissions for high lifting speed and greater duty cycle.

* Equipped with hardened spiral toothed bevel gear transmissions for high lifting speeds, greater duty cycles, high efficiency and long lifespan.
* Available in single shaft, two shaft and three shaft configurations. In two and three shaft configurations, the jack offers right angle characteristics with the ability to divide input power or torque, sending it equally in different directions.
* Maximum static load capacity 10000 kg. Maximum dynamic load capacity 2500 kg.
* High precision ball screw sizes 50x10 or 50x20, precise positioning, and uniform speed.
* Reduction gear ratio: 3:1. Travel 3.33 mm or 6.66mm per turn of input shaft.
* There are no "standard" travel lengths and each bevel gear jack is built to specification, maximum stroke 3500 mm in compression load, 4500 mm in tension load.
* Basic designs: Translating screw, Anti-rotation screw, and Rotating screw.
* Upright or Inverted mounting. Available in tension or compression loads.
* Standard with single lead ball screw, custom double or high lead ball screw which offers increased travel speed and require a brake or external locking device to hold position.
* Screw end fittings: top plate, clevis end, threaded end, plain end, fork head and rod end.
* Power source: electrically by brake motor driven.
* Easy synchronized operation: System design such as the simultaneous operation of multiple jacks is easy.
