| Our worm gear screw jack is used for the conveyor shuttle inclination which is used to transfer large amounts of gravel carried from the mountains to a gravel transport ship. Product Description
Trunnion Mounting Plates bolt to the base of 0.5-ton through 25-ton worm gear screw jacks, available in machine screw or ball screw. They include precision bores for trunnion pins. These are frequently used in installations where a single jack moves through an arc during operation. This jack is often configured with a motor mount.
When needs screw jacks for pivoting a load, needs trunnion adapter plates with trunnion pins. They are directly bolted to the corresponding base of screw jacks for pivoting a load. Note: trunnion adapter plates mounted to inverted jacks will decrease the minimum closed dimension and may shorten the travel.
Solar Panels: Trunnion based jacks are used for the inclination of solar panels. By adjusting the angle of the panels to the position of the sun, the panels have a higher power efficiency compared to fixed panels. The jacks are contributing to new energy and ecology.
