Product Description
We offers position indicators for handwheel screw jacks. These allow position tracking for manual operations. Position indicators allow direct reading of input measurement values at a glance. In addition, the value indicated per spindle rotation (corresponding spindle pitch) can be selected and the various indicator values are realised by a transmission gear. The position indicators are distinguished by their small construction with very clear display. They are especially suitable for small spindle distances and small shaft diameters and have a torque support that is positioned in a hole on the side.
You can install digital position indicators on screw jacks or actuators if you need more precise position display. It can measure the rotations of the input shaft and display the corresponding position in the digital counter window. The display value per input shaft revolution is variable and is achieved through a series of gear reductions configured to accommodate different worm gear screw jack ratios, screw pitch, and travel length. Standard count increases as the lifting screw of the jack extends, but customers may request the count to decrease to suit their requirements. If counters are used on jacks with hand wheels, a longer input worm shaft can be specified to permit both handwheel and counter to be mounted on a single shaft.
