| Machine screw and ball screw actuators can be used in a single arrangement or can be used in a multiple arrangement along with a complete line of accessories to provide for a mechanically interconnected and permanently synchronized system. With readily available accessories, connecting shafts can be coupled to the actuator, gear boxes can provide for the rotation and connection for a multiple actuator arrangement, and limit switches can be used to limit travel and provide for an up-stop and down-stop. Bellows boots to protect the actuator from dirt and other contaminants and allow for longer life are available in both upright and inverted screw styles. IEC & NEMA C-face motor actuators, available through 20-ton capacity, are designed with standard NEMA C-face dimensions and allow direct coupling of a motor shaft with either the left or right side actuator input shaft. We can provide the accessories you need to compliment your screw jack system and to ensure the efficient operation, extended life and safety of your system.
* Choose the IEC motor flange or NEMA C-Face motor adapter that is compatible with your screw jack and your direct-drive motor. Direct mount capabilities up to 100-tons, designed to IEC motor flange or NEMA C-Face Standards, direct couple motor to left or right-hand input shaft, all hardware provided, including coupling.
* Choose the IEC motor or NEMA C-Face Motor needed to power your screw jack or lifting system. We offers NEMA C-Face Motors in a wide range of operating voltages; 220/380 VAC, 3-phase. Robust, industrial grade heavy-steel frame. 3-phase motors are ideally suited for reversing direction and speed control. Ball Screw Actuators are non-locking. Brakes must be used to hold screw into position.
* Worm Gear Reducers are available with standard IEC motor flange or NEMA C-Face mounting flanges.
