Stainless Steel Screw Jack 1 Ton-24x4-Self-locking Trapezoidal Screw. This stainless steel screw jack is based on a standard modular system which can be combined individually. By application of high-grade steel and innovative technology, this lifting solution can absolutely be used for steel hydraulics construction, food industry as well as in explosion-proof areas. For use in corrosive environments, a special lifting element series has been developed. Since neither standard paintwork nor coatings afford lasting protection, all the components that come into contact with corrosive media have been made from corrosion- resistant materials.

* Self-locking trapezoidal screw sizes Tr 24x4.
* Two gear ratios: high ratio 6:1, slow ratio 24:1 for high and slow linear speeds.
* Custom stroke length, maximum stroke 1500 mm in compression load, 2000 mm in tension load.
* Basic designs: Translating screw, Keyed screw, and Rotating screw.
* Upright or Inverted mounting. Available in tension or compression loads.
* Standard with 1-start thread screw, custom 2-starts threads screw which offers increased travel speed and require a brake or external locking device to hold position.
* Screw end fittings: top plate, clevis end, threaded end, plain end, fork head and rod end.
* Power source: manual operated by hand wheel crank , electrically by motor (ac or dc) drive, or both together.
* Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system(multiple jack systems), linked by connecting shafts, bevel gearboxes, couplings, electric motors, gear reducers, limit switches and pillow blocks etc.
* Can be used as alternatives to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
