Product Description
Stainless Steel Screw Jack 5 Ton-40x7-Self-locking Trapezoidal Screw. Screw jacks, in addition to stainless steel inox screw jacks and special screw jacks made upon request. It also provides commercial and technical support through collaboration with the customer. Serves a diversified range of sectors: steel plants, automotive, aeronautical, naval, railway, earth-moving equipment, mining, nuclear, solar, pharmaceutical, packaging, steel processing industry, foundries and rolling mills.

* Maximum static load capacities 5 ton.
* Self-locking trapezoidal screw sizes Tr 40x7.
* Two gear ratios: high ratio 6:1, slow ratio 24:1 for high and slow linear speeds.
* Custom stroke length, maximum stroke 3000 mm in compression load, 4000 mm in tension load.
* Basic designs: Translating screw, Keyed screw, and Rotating screw.
* Upright or Inverted mounting. Available in tension or compression loads.
* Standard with 1-start thread screw, custom 2-starts threads screw which offers increased travel speed and require a brake or external locking device to hold position.
* Screw end fittings: top plate, clevis end, threaded end, plain end, fork head and rod end.
* Power source: manual operated by hand wheel crank , electrically by motor (ac or dc) drive, or both together.
* Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system(multiple jack systems), linked by connecting shafts, bevel gearboxes, couplings, electric motors, gear reducers, limit switches and pillow blocks etc.
* Can be used as alternatives to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
