Product Description
Classic Ball Screw Jack 25 Ton-80x10-Ball Screw. Ball screw jack depends on application, must prevent effect of bucking on screw, there is limitation of apply of axial direction load. in the case of permissible bucking load exceeds nominal capacity, the permissible axial direction load should be limited to nominal capacity. Ball screw is different from trapezoid screw, without self lock function, therefore, please use brakemotor for prime mover. High lead specification: High speed jack, using larger lead ball screw.

* Maximum static load capacities 25 ton (25000kg).
* High precision ball screw sizes 80x10, custom high lead 80x20.
* Two gear ratios: high ratio 10-2/3:1, slow ratio 32:1, for high and slow linear speeds (up to 2800 mm/min).
* Custom stroke length of ball screw, maximum stroke 5000 mm in compression load, 6000 mm in tension load.
* Basic designs: Translating screw, Anti-rotation screw, and Rotating screw.
* Upright or Inverted mounting. Available in tension or compression loads.
* Ball screw end fittings: top plate, clevis end, threaded end, plain end, fork head and rod end.
* Standard with single lead ball screw, custom double or high lead ball screw which offers increased travel speed. Both of them require a brake or external locking device to hold position.
* Power source: hand wheel is not recommended, must be brake motor.
* Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system(multiple jack systems), linked by connecting shafts, bevel gearboxes, couplings, electric motors, gear reducers, limit switches and pillow blocks etc.
* Can be used as alternatives to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

* Ball: SUJ2, Hardness: HRC 60 UP.
* Input Shaft (Worm): C45 Steel in high frequency heat treatment process. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
* Worm Wheel: ZQAl9-4 (Casting aluminum bronze) as Standard. Custom ZCuSn10Pb1(Casting tin bronze).
* Bearing: Anti-friction Ball Thrust Bearings for Worm Gear. Anti-friction Ball Bearings for Input Shaft(worm). Custom Stainless Steel 304.
* Motor Flange Adapter: High-strength Casting Motor Adapter, Ductile Iron. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
