Classic Ball Screw Jack 35 Ton-100x20-Ball Screw. Ball screw type jack is a highly efficient jack excellent for high-speed, high-frequency operations. Major components include an accurate ball screw and a high-precision worm gear. High Efficiency: The jacton ball screw makes this type efficient. Large thrust is available from a small driving source. High-Speed: High-efficiency, high-speed operations can be realized compared to the machine screw type. Long Service Life: Using the highly-reliable ball screw allows for a long and predictable operating life. Self-locking is not provided, so a brake unit is required.

* Maximum static load capacities 35 ton (35000kg).
* High precision ball screw sizes 100x20.
* Two gear ratios: high ratio 10-2/3:1, slow ratio 32:1, for high and slow linear speeds (up to 2800 mm/min).
* Custom stroke length of ball screw, maximum stroke 6000 mm in compression load, 9000 mm in tension load.
* Basic designs: Translating screw, Anti-rotation screw, and Rotating screw.
* Upright or Inverted mounting. Available in tension or compression loads.
* Ball screw end fittings: top plate, clevis end, threaded end, plain end, fork head and rod end.
* Standard with single lead ball screw, custom double or high lead ball screw which offers increased travel speed. Both of them require a brake or external locking device to hold position.
* Power source: hand wheel is not recommended, must be brake motor.
* Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system(multiple jack systems), linked by connecting shafts, bevel gearboxes, couplings, electric motors, gear reducers, limit switches and pillow blocks etc.
* Can be used as alternatives to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

* Ball: SUJ2, Hardness: HRC 60 UP.
* Input Shaft (Worm): C45 Steel in high frequency heat treatment process. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
* Worm Wheel: ZQAl9-4 (Casting aluminum bronze) as Standard. Custom ZCuSn10Pb1(Casting tin bronze).
* Bearing: Anti-friction Ball Thrust Bearings for Worm Gear. Anti-friction Ball Bearings for Input Shaft(worm). Custom Stainless Steel 304.
* Motor Flange Adapter: High-strength Casting Motor Adapter, Ductile Iron. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
