Product Description
T Series 90 Degree Bevel Gearbox JT19, soild input and output shafts diameter 19mm. We are able to solve any problem connected with power transmission, through right-angle gear drive series and also any specific problem relating to the rotary motion between two or more axes arranged at 90°. Steel spiral bevel gears with surface case-hardened gear teeth; this ensures maximum service life while leaving the tooth core tough and flexible to resist mechanical shocks. Selecting the correct type of angle bevel gear is not simply a question of defining the power required in relation to R.P.M. and the torque to be transmitted. It also involves defining the conditions under which the angle bevel gear will be used. Defining operating conditions involves taking into consideration a number of factor such as the type of operating cycle (intermittent, continuous), radial and axial loads on the shaft ends, maximum and minimum temperatures, ambient conditions (e.g. dust and dirt levels) and the type of lubrificant used. To decide the type and size of angle bevel gear required, proceed as follows.

* Housing: HT250 Cast Iron, High-strength Casting housing(JT19 - JT85).
* Spiral Bevel Gears: High purity rugged alloy steel 20CrMnTi, Carburizing and Quenching, Case Hardened and Lapped in Pairs.
* Input Shaft and Output Shaft: Hardened and tempered alloy steel 40Cr as standard. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
* Bearing: Equipped with Tapered Roller Bearings with heavy load capacity. Custom reinforced bearings for higher radial and axial load. Custom Stainless Steel 304.
* Oil Seals: Double-lip Oil Seal, High Dust-proof and Oil leak proof.
* Lubricants: Applications with high speeds and/or high daily duty cycle, Gear oil #320 lubrication is recommended. But applications with low input speed (less than 200rpm) and low daily duty cycle, #0 or #00 lithium grease is recommended. Note: For input speeds 1500 rpm a change in oil level may be required in combination with a breather (vent).
