Product Description
T Series 90 Degree Bevel Gearbox JT32, soild input and output shafts diameter 32mm. Right-angle gear drives are designed for industrial applications where it's necessary to transmit a rotary motion of power between two or more axes arranged at 90° to each other. With 2 o 3 outputs with transmission ratios 1/1 or 1/2 or 1/3 or 1/4 or 1/5. Single-stage bevel gear boxes in classical design cannot be substituted by other gearboxes due to their universality and flexibility. Enormously high performances are forwarded into a 90° angle or are allocated into up to five output shafts without a noticeable loss of efficiency within a compact designed and extremely robust housing. The user has access to a large range of performance availabilities for spiral toothed bevel gear sets with gear transmission ratios ranging from 1:1 to 5:1.

* Housing: HT250 Cast Iron, High-strength Casting housing(JT19 - JT85).
* Spiral Bevel Gears: High purity rugged alloy steel 20CrMnTi, Carburizing and Quenching, Case Hardened and Lapped in Pairs.
* Input Shaft and Output Shaft: Hardened and tempered alloy steel 40Cr as standard. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
* Bearing: Equipped with Tapered Roller Bearings with heavy load capacity. Custom reinforced bearings for higher radial and axial load. Custom Stainless Steel 304.
* Oil Seals: Double-lip Oil Seal, High Dust-proof and Oil leak proof.
* Lubricants: Applications with high speeds and/or high daily duty cycle, Gear oil #320 lubrication is recommended. But applications with low input speed (less than 200rpm) and low daily duty cycle, #0 or #00 lithium grease is recommended. Note: For input speeds 1500 rpm a change in oil level may be required in combination with a breather (vent).
