Product Description
Stainless Steel Screw Jack 2.5 Ton-30x6-Self-locking Trapezoidal Screw. All metric stainless steel machine screws have a trapezoidal thread form, single start as standard. Other screw lead options are available on request. Based on operating capacity for loads of 25% to 100% of screw jack capacity, torque requirements are approximately proportional to the load. Efficiency values for standard grease lubricated worm gear box and lifting screw. Ideally suited to perform in harsh environments (wet/dusty/dirty). Corrosion resistant models can be used in chemically adverse environments.

* Self-locking trapezoidal screw sizes Tr 30x6.
* Two gear ratios: high ratio 6:1, slow ratio 24:1 for high and slow linear speeds.
* Custom stroke length, maximum stroke 2000 mm in compression load, 3000 mm in tension load.
* Basic designs: Translating screw, Keyed screw, and Rotating screw.
* Upright or Inverted mounting. Available in tension or compression loads.
* Standard with 1-start thread screw, custom 2-starts threads screw which offers increased travel speed and require a brake or external locking device to hold position.
* Screw end fittings: top plate, clevis end, threaded end, plain end, fork head and rod end.
* Power source: manual operated by hand wheel crank , electrically by motor (ac or dc) drive, or both together.
* Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system(multiple jack systems), linked by connecting shafts, bevel gearboxes, couplings, electric motors, gear reducers, limit switches and pillow blocks etc.
* Can be used as alternatives to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
