| Bevel gearboxes can be realized using bevel gears with straight, helical or spiral teeth. The axes of bevel gearboxes usually intersect at an angle of 90 degrees, whereby other angles are also basically possible. The direction of rotation of the drive shaft and the output shaft can be the same or opposing, depending on the installation situation of the bevel gears. Bevel gears with spiral teeth can be in the form of spiral bevel gears or hypoid bevel gears. Spiral bevel gears have a high degree of total coverage, but are already more expensive to manufacture than bevel gears with straight or helical teeth because of their design. | |||||||||

Product Description
T Series 90 Degree Bevel Gearbox JT50, soild input and output shafts diameter 50mm. The use of bevel gearboxes allows the distribution of drive throughout a jacking system. The gearboxes come in 2, 3 and 4 way drive types. Bevel gearboxes and other system components can also be supplied in stainless steel or other corrosion resistant designs. It is the type that the bevel gear box is connected directly to the product. As you can position input shaft at right angle to the standard input shaft direction, it is useful to connect many devices. Don't add the over hung load on the input shaft of bevel gear side. Spiral Bevel Gearboxes feature a complete line of right-angle gearboxes. The classic type bevel boxes is offered in a number of shaft options including two, three and four shaft configurations. Standard ratio is 1:1, and ratios can be ordered up to 5:1.

* Housing: HT250 Cast Iron, High-strength Casting housing(JT19 - JT85).
* Spiral Bevel Gears: High purity rugged alloy steel 20CrMnTi, Carburizing and Quenching, Case Hardened and Lapped in Pairs.
* Input Shaft and Output Shaft: Hardened and tempered alloy steel 40Cr as standard. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
* Bearing: Equipped with Tapered Roller Bearings with heavy load capacity. Custom reinforced bearings for higher radial and axial load. Custom Stainless Steel 304.
* Oil Seals: Double-lip Oil Seal, High Dust-proof and Oil leak proof.
* Lubricants: Applications with high speeds and/or high daily duty cycle, Gear oil #320 lubrication is recommended. But applications with low input speed (less than 200rpm) and low daily duty cycle, #0 or #00 lithium grease is recommended. Note: For input speeds 1500 rpm a change in oil level may be required in combination with a breather (vent).
