Product Description
T Series 90 Degree Bevel Gearbox JT40, soild input and output shafts diameter 40mm. The spiral bevel gear boxes offer numerous advantages to the designer and have been specially selected to complement the worm gear screw jacks and accessories. A total of eight box sizes and accessories are available as standard. These bevel gear drives offered in 1: 1 ratios in 3-way and 4-way straight bevel gear configurations in three sizes. Can be effectively used in single, tandem or multiple arrangements. Rugged cast iron housings for rigid gear and bearing support. Alloy steel shafting for greater strength. Anti-friction bearings on all shaft. Equipped for oil lubrication, but supplied less lubricant. Heavy industrial seals keep lubricant in and dirt out. Universal mounting assures maximum design flexibility. Actuators, gear boxes and prime movers connected by shafting and couplings are mechanically interconnected and thus completely and permanently synchronized. Angular transmissions has an high/power size ratio and a very low noise working, even at high running speed.

* Housing: HT250 Cast Iron, High-strength Casting housing(JT19 - JT85).
* Spiral Bevel Gears: High purity rugged alloy steel 20CrMnTi, Carburizing and Quenching, Case Hardened and Lapped in Pairs.
* Input Shaft and Output Shaft: Hardened and tempered alloy steel 40Cr as standard. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
* Bearing: Equipped with Tapered Roller Bearings with heavy load capacity. Custom reinforced bearings for higher radial and axial load. Custom Stainless Steel 304.
* Oil Seals: Double-lip Oil Seal, High Dust-proof and Oil leak proof.
* Lubricants: Applications with high speeds and/or high daily duty cycle, Gear oil #320 lubrication is recommended. But applications with low input speed (less than 200rpm) and low daily duty cycle, #0 or #00 lithium grease is recommended. Note: For input speeds 1500 rpm a change in oil level may be required in combination with a breather (vent).
