Stainless Steel Screw Jack 10 Ton-58x12-Self-locking Trapezoidal Screw. Stainless steel Screw Jacks are suitable for application in corrosive environments. The Jack housing is casted in AISI 304 , Worm Screw is made in high tensile Stainless Steel, Worm Gear is made in high tensile Bronze. On the Trapezoidal Screw Jack the Work Screw is made in AISI 304. On the Ball Screw Jack the Work Screw is made in two parts, an internal ball screw made in hardened high tensile steel. Jacks are provided with special sealing to prevent internal parts from dust and water contamination.

* Two gear ratios: high ratio 8:1, slow ratio 24:1 for high and slow linear speeds.
* Custom stroke length, maximum stroke 3500 mm in compression load, 4500 mm in tension load.

* Upright or Inverted mounting. Available in tension or compression loads.
* Standard with 1-start thread screw, custom 2-starts threads screw which offers increased travel speed and require a brake or external locking device to hold position.
* Screw end fittings: top plate, clevis end, threaded end, plain end, fork head and rod end.
* Power source: manual operated by hand wheel crank , electrically by motor (ac or dc) drive, or both together.
* Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system(multiple jack systems), linked by connecting shafts, bevel gearboxes, couplings, electric motors, gear reducers, limit switches and pillow blocks etc.
* Can be used as alternatives to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
