| Screw jacks are suited for lifting, lowering, pushing, pulling and pressing. They can be operated manually or by electric, hydraulic or pneumatic motor. Worm gear screw jacks provide a lifting force of up to 100 tons, a spindle length of up to 10 meters and achieve lifting speeds of up to 0.05 m/s. (higher lifting speeds upon request). Screw gears are designed according to a modular concept allowing for any combination and variation required. On request, screw jacks can be manufactured from rust-free materials to permit use even under extreme chemical stress. | |||||||||

JACTON
2.5 ton 24v screw jack actuator features: maximum static load capacity 2.5 tons, worm screw 30 mm diameter, pitch 6mm, stroke 900 mm, highest ratio 1/6, upright type jack, translating screw design, clevis end. Accessories: 24v gear motor, motor flange, dc motor controller and protective tube.
Electric motors can be directly connected. Compared to hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electric driven screw jacks are preferred for their efficiency and ease of control.

* Worm Gear: ZQAl9-4 (Casting aluminum bronze) as Standard. Custom ZCuSn10Pb1(Casting tin bronze).
* Bearing: Anti-friction Ball Thrust Bearings for Worm Gear. Anti-friction Ball Bearings for Input Shaft(worm). Custom Stainless Steel 304.
* Lubricants: Synthetic Grease, Extreme Pressure EP2 Lithium Grease.
