Product Description
Acme Screw Jack 1 Ton-Tr 24x5-Lead Screw. The drive sleeve is supported on anti-friction tapered roller or ball thrust bearings. Rotation of the drive sleeve causes the acme thread lifting screw to translate or rotate, depending upon jack configuration. The threads are precision formed. Acme Screw Jacks having gear rations between 20:1 and 32:1 are self-locking and will hold loads without backdriving in the absence of vibrations. All other ratios may require a brake to prevent backdriving.

* Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system(multiple jack systems), linked by connecting shafts, bevel gearboxes, couplings, electric motors, gear reducers, limit switches and pillow blocks etc.
* Custom double clevis screw jack, trunnion mount screw jack, and anti-backlash screw jack.
* Can be used as alternatives to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
