Synchronization Six Screw Jack Lifting Systems can operate in a group with a shared drive motor, coupled by bevel gears, clutches and transfer shafts. Screw jacks and bevel boxes are often found working independently of each other in a variety of industrial automation applications. They are also commonly incorporated together in lifting systems involving six screw jacks. We are not only a supplier for single screw jack gearboxes and motors. We also deliver complete lifting systems, ready to install. Six of the most popular system configurations are the "U", "H" and "HH" configured lift systems.
Main Features
* Simultaneously lifting, load-supporting from several kilograms to heavy duty several hundreds tons.
* 6-jacks system efficiency 80%. If add bevel gearbox for the jacking system, don't ignore bevel gearboxes efficiency 94%.
* Self-locking (hold the position), precision positioning, full synchronization, different multiple screw jacks systems arrangements, easy installation and operation, maintenance free.
* Lifting screw with non-standard lengths, maximum stroke 6000 mm in compression load or tension load.
* Translating Screw Jack System: The lead screw ends are to be attached to a common load. Clearance is required under the bottom mounting plane of the jack body to accommodate the translating screw cover.
* Rotating Screw Jack System: The lifting nuts translate. Clearance under the bottom mounting plane of the jack body is not required but allowance must be made in the lifting platen design to allow the platen to pass over or past the lifting sSelf-locking trapezoidal screw (the load does not lower in the event of a system failure)crew.
* Upright or Inverted mounting. Available in tension or compression loads.
* Standard with 1-start thread screw, custom 2-starts threads screw which offers increased travel speed and require a brake or external locking device to hold position.
* Can be operated by hand wheels, motor or both
* Simple and inexpensive solution in comparison with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

* Worm Gear / Travelling Nut / Safety Nut: ZQAl9-4 (Casting aluminum bronze) as Standard. Custom ZCuSn10Pb1(Casting tin bronze).
* Bearing: Anti-friction Ball Thrust Bearings for Worm Gear. Anti-friction Ball Bearings for Input Shaft(worm). Custom Stainless Steel 304.
