Double Clevis Screw Jacks 5 Ton Components include a worm gear machine screw jack 5 ton, a 40x7 self-locking trapezoidal screw and clevis end, a high strength protective tube that is welded to the bottom thick base plate and clevis end. The double clevis screw jacks are furnished with a clevis at both ends. One clevis is mounted on the end of the lifting screw, and the other one is welded to the bottom end of the cover pipe. They are normally used to move a load through an arc for angle title adjustments, such as tracking antennas, air dampers, hinged doors, etc. Note: Double clevis jacks used horizontally will have reduced column strength and life.
