F37 FF37 Parallel Shaft Helical Gear Motor FA37 FAF37 Speed Reducers with motor power 0.18kw, 0.25kw, 0.37kw, 0.55kw, 0.75kw, 1.1kw, 1.5kw, 2.2kw and 3kw, maximum permissible torque up to 200Nm, transmission ratios from 3.81 to 128.51. Transmission stage: 2 stage or 3 stage. Transmission efficiency: 2-stage 96%; 3-stage 94%. Mounting options: foot mounted, flange mounted, short flange mounted, torque arm mounted. Output shaft: solid shaft, hollow shaft (with key, with shrink disc and with involute spline). 2-stage or 3-stage helical gears. The gears are made of high quality alloy steel. The surface is hardened with the processes of carburizing and quenching, the teeth are made by fine grinding. So, as a whole, the gear is characterized with good tightness. Typically used in extruder, rotary cutter, cement mill, convery machine, conveyor and materials processing applications.
