| Screw jacks with a single pitch trapezoid thread spindles have a limited self-locking capability which cannot always be relied upon, especially with impact loads or vibrations (brake recommended). Trapezoidal Screw Jacks utilize the same rugged design as Machine Screw Jacks. These true metric jacks include a lift shaft with a special trapezoidal thread form. This thread form has been created to stay within standards yet retains the centralizing feature of our acme threads. These jacks can be supplied with IEC motor mounts. | |||||||||

Product Description
300 kN Worm Gear Screw Jack-Trapezoidal Screw Type-85x16. Self-locking trapezoidal-threaded spindle screw jacks. The self-locking function depends on a variety of parameters: High pitches. Different worm gear transmission ratios. Lubrication. Friction parameters. Environmental influences, such as high or low temperatures, vibrations, etc. The mounting position Versions with ball screw jacks with high pitches are therefore not self-locking. Suitable brakes or braking motors must therefore be used in such cases. Self-locking is only conditionally available for smaller pitches (single-start). Self-locking in individual cases on enquiry.

* Standard with 1-start thread screw, custom 2-starts threads screw which offers increased travel speed and require a brake or external locking device to hold position.
* Screw end fittings: top plate, clevis end, threaded end, plain end, fork head and rod end.
* Power source: manually by hand wheel and crank handle, electrically by motor drive, or both together.
* Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system(multiple jack systems), linked by connecting shafts, bevel gearboxes, couplings, electric motors, gear reducers, limit switches and pillow blocks etc.
* Custom double clevis screw jack, trunnion mount screw jack, and anti-backlash screw jack.
* Can be used as alternatives to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
