Spiral Bevel Planetary Gearbox is consist of a spiral bevel gearbox and a planetary gear reducer. The spiral bevel gears in these gearboxes meet at 90-degree angles to transfer the directional force along a right angle rather than inline, which gives them a wide variety of applications. The helical teeth present on these spiral bevel gearboxes are also ideal for applications where the drive direction needs to be turned at 90 degrees to drive the wheels. These helical teeth on our spiral bevel right-angle gearboxes also produce significantly less noise and vibration, making them ideal for applications where backlash or noise are a major concern. Right angle spiral bevel gearboxes allow for dual shaft and hollow shaft right angle outputs. Motor flange input models are available with integral planetary sections. A shaft drive input with spiral bevel gearing ratios 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, 5:1 for accurate driving of multiple axes. JTV075 Right Angle Spiral Bevel Servo Gearboxes Nominal Output Torque (N.m): maximum 45Nm, Precision Backlash: 6-10 arcmin, Efficiency: 94%-97%, Nominal Input Speed 3000rpm, Maximum Input Speed 6000rpm. The JTV075 Servo Spiral Bevel Gearboxes are combination of planetary gearboxes with bevel gearboxes, where the bevel gearboxes functions as output shaft. A wide range of motor adapter are available for installation to virtually all servo motors. These servo gearboxes are ideal for use in applications that require high dynamic and positioning motion control. The compact and rigid design precise right-angle gearboxes ensure good performance with space-saving and weight efficient at the same time. Lubricated for life and IP65 sealing benefit virtually maintenance-free under normal operating conditions for 20,000 hours.
