Product Description
50 kN Worm Gear Screw Jack-Trapezoidal Screw Type-40x8. Trapezoidal screw thread type screw jack is a standard type jack suitable for low-speed, low-frequency operations. Main components include an aligning trapezoidal screw and a high-precision worm gear. Simple and compact structure makes this type economical. Ideal for low-speed, low-frequency applications due to sliding contact of the trapezoidal screw. The trapezoidal screw thread has a self-locking feature in terms of calculation and load retention is possible. In situations where the self-locking function will not work due to vibration and shock, a brake unit is required. When using multiple jacks driven by one motor, or due to jack installation, the left hand type can operate problem free even if the input direction of rotation is different.

* Two gear ratios: high ratio 1:6, slow ratio 1:24.
* Custom stroke length, maximum stroke 3000 mm in compression load, 4000 mm in tension load.

* Upright or Inverted mounting. Available in tension or compression loads.
* Standard with 1-start thread screw, custom 2-starts threads screw which offers increased travel speed and require a brake or external locking device to hold position.
* Screw end fittings: top plate, clevis end, threaded end, plain end, fork head and rod end.
* Power source: manually by hand wheel and crank handle, electrically by motor drive, or both together.
* Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system(multiple jack systems), linked by connecting shafts, bevel gearboxes, couplings, electric motors, gear reducers, limit switches and pillow blocks etc.
* Custom double clevis screw jack, trunnion mount screw jack, and anti-backlash screw jack.
* Can be used as alternatives to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
