Acme Screw Jack 50 Ton-Tr 90x14-Lead Screw. Acme Screw Jack features include Original modular design, biomimetic surface with owned intellectual property right. Low friction, long life cycle, high efficiency. Diverse drives, motor or other power drive, also can be driven by hand. Various output type. Mounting mode: foot mounted, base support mounted, legs and base support mounted. Structure mode: plain mode, with anti rotation device, with structure traveling nut. Main applied for Hoist and transport, Building and construction, Forest and paper, Metal processing, Agriculture and food.
Main Features
* Maximum static load capacities 50 ton.
* Self-locking acme screw sizes Tr 90x14.
* Three gear ratios: high ratio 7:1, medium ratio 14:1, and slow ratio 28:1.
* Custom stroke length, maximum stroke 5500 mm in compression load, 6500 mm in tension load.
* Basic designs: Translating screw, Keyed screw, and Rotating screw.
* Upright or Inverted mounting. Available in tension or compression loads.
* Standard with 1-start thread screw, custom 2-starts threads screw which offers increased travel speed and require a brake or external locking device to hold position.
