Classic Machine Screw Jack 35 Ton-100x20-Trapezoidal Screw. Mechanical screw jacks and linear actuators are increasingly becoming the preferred choice of actuation over the equivalent hydraulic or pneumatic systems with advantages including simpler and smaller installation, a cleaner, healthier, quieter environment, lower energy costs with less maintenance. Conventional Machine Screw Jacks are the most widely used mechanical actuator for intermittent duty cycles as the actuator incorporates a precision worm gear set in a rugged casting delivering positive, precise actuation.

* Two gear ratios: high ratio 10-2/3:1, slow ratio 32:1 for high and slow linear speeds.

* Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system(multiple jack systems), linked by connecting shafts, bevel gearboxes, couplings, electric motors, gear reducers, limit switches and pillow blocks etc.
