Product Description
Cubic Machine Screw Jack 2.5 kN-14x4-Trapezoidal Screw. Anodized aluminum housing in the compact design. This is the smallest screw jack. With a body size of only 50x60x50 mm, this compact yet robust screw jacks making it ideally suited for smaller applications such as extremely fine adjustment, the adjustment of beverage industries and systems.

* Maximum static load capacities 2.5 kN (250kg).
* Self-locking trapezoidal screw sizes Tr 14x4.
* Two gear ratios: high ratio 5:1, slow ratio 20:1.
* Custom stroke length, maximum stroke 500 mm in compression load, 1000 mm in tension load.
* Basic designs: Translating screw, Keyed screw, and Rotating screw.
* Upright or Inverted mounting. Available in tension or compression loads.
* Screw end fittings: top plate, clevis end, threaded end, plain end, fork head and rod end.
* Power source: manual hand wheel, electric motor, or both together.
* Single unit or multiple screw jack systems with synchronized lifting, linked by connecting shafts, bevel gearboxes, couplings, electric motors, gear reducers, limit switches and pillow blocks etc.

* Bearing: Anti-friction Ball Thrust Bearings for Worm Gear. Anti-friction Ball Bearings for Input Shaft(worm). Custom Stainless Steel 304.
* Motor Flange Adapter: High-strength Casting Motor Adapter, Ductile Iron. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
